Construction Project

Greetings in the name of the Lord:

We are so excited with all that the Lord is doing in our midst! The Lord has been good in showing us his favor!

I believe that God is going to continue to surprise us as we continue to be good stewards of what he has given and entrusted us.  

We are extremely grateful that He has blessed us with a 14 acre piece of land by which we are currently in the process of building a temple for the Lord!  Our objective is to successfully obtain all construction permits necessary to build our new facility and have our inaugural services next year 2009.  To this date we have fulfilled some permits and continue to work diligently with the architect and civil engineer which of course, is a lengthy and pricy process.

The Design and Construction that were utilizing is a previously used design by a local church.   We have hired an architect firm to aid us in editing and modifying these plans.  We have formed a Construction committee of professional members within the church.  And also have hired an engineering firm and a Project Manager to oversee this project.

The 14 acre property is situated in Moreno Valley on Pigeon Pass Road, about 5 miles away from our local house of worship.

Capacity will be for about 800 people seated comfortably.  Classrooms for children will be available as well as a nursery. Parking capacity will be for 247 vehicles. We have estimated that the entire project will cost $5 million dollars.  We are working very diligently in gathering the finances necessary to continue with this project but at this time we have exhausted our savings.  And this is why we are asking for your help.

Your Charitable Gift is usually tax free or taxed at the lower capital gains tax rate.
